Marketing Manager
Jaclyn graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Indianapolis (Class of 2012 – go Greyhounds!) and joined the dental industry in 2013. Her communications background has proven invaluable in crafting effective marketing strategies and building strong client relationships. Since 2016, she has been operating from her home office in Michigan City, Indiana.
For nearly a decade, Jaclyn has been collaborating with Drs. Weber and Kirk and Sue, constantly evolving their dental marketing strategies. This hands-on experience working directly with doctors and office management has given her unique insights into the dental industry’s needs and challenges. Their efforts have transformed from simple Facebook posts to comprehensive office rebrands, YouTube channel management, and published articles. This exciting journey has been the most rewarding experience of Jaclyn’s career. She is also a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Management and the American Marketing Association.
As the overseer of marketing initiatives and brand reputation, Jaclyn thrives on creative challenges. She particularly values the meaningful connections formed within the community through various outreach programs. Now, Jaclyn and the team are embarking on their next venture: sharing their expertise and fostering a community of learning. When Jaclyn’s away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and active and wild family, running and diving into a good podcast.
