By purchasing products or services from Clever Dental Co., you agree to the following:

1. Digital Products & Access

• Courses, bundles, and supplemental materials are digital and delivered immediately.
• Access is for your dental practice only; sharing outside your practice is not allowed.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All purchases must be paid in full.
• Because products are digital, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Licensing

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our materials inside your practice only.
• Copying, distributing, reselling, or creating derivative works is prohibited.

4. Coaching Sessions

• Includes a 1-hour virtual session, pre-session survey, and action plan.
• Cancellations are non-refundable; reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Privacy

• We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

• Our products are provided “as is.” Results depend on your practice’s implementation.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or session.
