Clever Dental Co. Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership with Clever Dental Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your access to our website, educational materials, digital content library, coaching services, and related resources (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing a membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Membership Details and Pricing

Initial Membership Period: Your membership begins at $520 per month for the first 12 months of service.

Reduced Rate Period: After completing 12 consecutive months of membership, your monthly rate will automatically reduce to $199 per month for all subsequent billing periods.

Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month on the same calendar date as your initial subscription date. Payment will be processed automatically using your designated payment method on file.

No Long-Term Contract

Flexible Membership: You are not locked into any long-term contract or commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty or early termination fees.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice via email to jaclyn@cleverdentalco at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after this timeframe will take effect for the following billing cycle.

Immediate Access Termination: Upon cancellation, your access to the website, educational materials, digital content library, coaching services, and all other membership benefits will be immediately terminated.

Payment Terms

Billing: Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your designated payment method on the same date each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current and valid.

Failed Payments: If payment cannot be processed for any reason, you will lose access to the site the day your billing cycle ends.

No Refunds: All membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to Services through the end of your current billing period.

Access to Services

Your membership includes access to:

• Educational materials and courses
• Digital content library with real-world examples
• Checklists and planning resources
• Quizzing and certification programs
• Personalized coaching session
• New content upon release
• All updates and improvements to existing materials

Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Limited License: Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your dental practice’s internal marketing purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Share login credentials with individuals outside your practice
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• Use materials for commercial purposes beyond your own practice
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies
• Create derivative works based on our content

Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Clever Dental Co.

Member Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current information for billing and communication purposes.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify members of material changes via email when possible.

Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the Services
• Fail to pay membership fees

Our total liability is limited to the membership fees you’ve paid in the past 12 months.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your dental practice if applicable.
